Qualifications and Honors
Serve in International Organizations

- Served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of ICANN in 2004.
- Served as a member of the expert group on the generation rules for Chinese domain names in the Internet root zone in 2014.
- In 2015, served as a member of the core expert group of the Internet Root Server Advisory Committee.
- In 2017, served as the Co-Chair of the Next Round of New gTLD Policy Development Process Working Group (WT2).
- In 2017, served as a member of the board of directors of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Public Technical Identifiers (PTI).
- In 2019, served as the Co-Chair of the RPKI and Routing Security Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Asia-Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC).

- In 2021, was elected as a member of the International Internet Number Resources Council and a member of the Internet Address Supporting Organization of ICANN.
- In 2022, was elected as a member of the DNS Technical Standard Review Expert Committee of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).
- In 2023, was re-elected as a member of the Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC).
- In 2024, entered the decision-making level of the world's top management organization for IP addresses.
